Change Management
Working together we minimize:
Impatience
Skipped steps
Confusion
Resentment
Resistance
Loss of trust
Overwhelm
Bring in change management so your people feel included, your leaders gain confidence, and your vision becomes real.
After learning the current state and future vision, a whole system approach will include precisely what is needed for sustainable change, from mindsets to metrics and everything in between.
Change plans range from short-and-sweet to complex transformations depending on your needs.
Examples of Recent Projects
Became one company, after acquisitions
After acquiring multiple small tax and accounting businesses, this family-owned visionary company become one platform-based company that made quality financial services accessible to all.
In my role, I supported leadership alignment, manager enablement, process design, system rollout, front line training, new hire onboarding, and a complete mindset shift.
Went virtual during COVID at a top tier business school
During COVID, I led internal staff at University of Chicago Booth School of Business in transforming their mandatory in-person LEAD experience into a remote class.
We rapidly learned the needs of the students, the school, and the department while rolling out never-before-used technology during a period of high stress.
We succeeded in doing so without missing a quarter and receiving excellent student reviews.
Rolled out a new HRIS system and process
In sync with choosing a new HRIS system, this company wanted to improve performance reviews throughout the company.
We rolled out the system and process together, with 100% completion of employee self reviews, manager reviews, and 1:1 meetings supported by training and in-app tracking.
Developed people managers and emerging leaders
All leaders are change leaders - but few have developed change leadership competencies!
I have rolled out leadership developed and manager training programs to develop skills in listening, feedback, communications, strategic planning, initiative, influence, and stress management.
Programs may combine remote and in-person elements, depending on the company culture and budget.
Launched a new CX enablement function
I was chosen to lead the launch of a small-but-mighty team supporting 100+ remote CX account representatives in their monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with the top tier customers.
I quickly learned what was most important to the company and the customers, and developed a monthly enablement process that raised consistency, quality and retention.
Repaired a fractured partnership before a big change
An entrepreneurial company in a competitive space was facing major strategic decisions.
The close-knit partners leading the company had built up tension, over years.
Without resetting their partnership, their ability to make the best decisions for the company was compromised.
With thoughtful 1:1s, pre-work and group dialogue, the partners could see what happened, shared honestly, and took a needed step toward rebuilding trust.
